Parker Phillips Ltd was established in 2018 to offer London landlords something different: a premium, personal management service grounded in years of property experience and a detailed knowledge of letting regulation, with fairness to tenants built in.
A boutique agency that knows the rules
We are an independent London letting and management agency, based in Stratford and working across every London borough. We look after single flats, family houses, portfolios and licensed HMOs.
Our approach is rooted in compliance. From years of experience in London's private rented sector, we know what happens when a property is let without the right licence, a deposit goes unprotected or repairs are ignored: landlords face heavy penalties and tenants live in homes that fall short. Every property we take on is set up to meet the standards the law expects, then kept there.
We're property specialists, not solicitors. Where a matter needs formal legal advice, we'll say so and can point you to the right professional.
